One of the BEST vegan restaurants we’ve ever been to. Everything is homemade, tasted great and looked beautiful. We started with the roasted beets with a creamy dill sauce and little crispy onion rings. For entrees we had the spinach ravioli with an amazing linguini sauce and the curry bowl which was a party in your mouth. A variety of textures and layers of flavors with a bit of heat. The desserts were also yummy! Chocolate blood orange cheesecake was flavorful and creamy with an amazing sauce. We also enjoyed two scoops of homemade ice cream (strawberry and honeysuckle flavors) with a perfect sugar cookie. The staff were all super happy and helpful. It is very popular so we highly recommend making reservations. Enjoy!

First time here. Absolutely delicious and thoughtfully crafted food and drinks. The brussel sprout tostadas and the curry were outstanding. Pineapple ginger mocktail...so good. Service was friendly and attentive.

Delicious meal and excellent service! Food was rich and decadent. we had a late seating time and never felt rushed to end our meal. The plant-based cheeseboard was flavorful. The mole was exceptional. The saffron ice cream was nutty and the perfect end to a perfect meal. Highly recommend

Nice little place, busy, and cool vibes. The ravioli was the best. I wish I had more of it when i was there. I didn’t care much for my main dish, the piccata. It tasted too mustardy or sour to me. Maybe that’s what it’s supposed to be like, but it wasn’t my thing. The ice cream was great! Textured, creamy, gummy, and just plain good.

Birthday Dinner for one. Drove 800 miles to Asheville for the weekend and took myself out to this GORGEOUS restaurant. Absolutely worth every mile, minute, and penny. From the vibrant colors and local ingredients to the striking ambience and hospitality servers, 115/10 would recommend this place. Felt like royalty eating here. Thank you Kendall and team for making my birthday a night to remember.

We loved the food (and we aren't vegan)! Cozy atmosphere with lots of cocktail and mocktail options. It's a bit pricey but felt worth the splurge. Cheese plate was delicious. Get it. The cauliflower was also a stand out for us. We also had the curry which was good! We could have ordered one more small plate or dessert but decided to go elsewhere for dessert. The French press coffee almost had me sold to stay though. Give this place a try, you won't regret it!

Plant is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy a healthy and eclectic meal—even if you’re not vegan! What the chef can do with plant-based ingredients is truly impressive, showcasing creativity and bold flavors in every dish. The menu is full of delicious options, making it hard to choose and giving plenty of reasons to keep coming back. It’s also a great place to celebrate special occasions without breaking the bank. Thank you, Jason and the incredible staff, for consistently delivering an amazing dining experience!
